Re-learning to walk Post Stroke or Neurological injury, takes practice, and repetition, repetition, repetition is the key to rewiring the brain recognizing what you are not doing correctly.
I will be concentrating on walking, and walking patterns, in the next couple days, to help you avoid putting unnecessary stress on your knee or hip, which could result surgery in your future.

It drove me insane, but she was trying to help me from developing bad habits, when I was learning to walk again, Post Stroke.
