The Ex N’ Flex
The Ex N' Flex 250.
The Ex N' Flex 250 is has been designed for those who have little or no control over lower body movement. In passive mode, the legs are rotated by the electric motor in an orbital motion similar to cycling. In active mode you can assist the motor to move the pedals with your own muscles.
This will help maintain or improve the Range Of Motion, or better known as ROM.
Range of motion is when a person has become injured in some way, most times the doctor's advice the patients to exercise and stretch the back muscles. For this purpose a form of exercises called range of motion exercises which are used to keep the muscles and joints in the patients back strong and flexible. These exercises can be done by the patient himself, or with a physical therapist. If these exercises are done alone they would be called active range of motion exercises and if they require assistance they would be called active-assisted range of motion exercises.
Why is the EF 250 so special
The EF-250 is height adjustable to allow use from any chair, wheel chair or scooter. Adjustable crank arm lengths offer two settings for varying the amplitude of movement. Security is assured with specially designed foot plates and an automatic safety shutdown.
Why choose ex N’ flex exercise therapy?

What has the Ex n' Flex 250 done for me?
I suffered two Strokes in 2016, and walk with a cane. My Stroke affected leg had a great deal of Spasticity, including the hip, knee and ankle. As a solution, I was receiving the maximum dose of Botox in my leg every 10-12 weeks, which our insurance covered 80% of the total cost. Our 20% still cost over $500.00.
Once I received my Ex n' Flex, I started using it exactly as prescribed by Rob Clarke, the Managing Partner at Tecogics Scientific Ltd - Ex N' Flex. Rob told me that optimum results were found, when you use the device at the same time everyday, consistently, and equal times in both forward and reverse.
So that is exactly what I did. I started out slow, building up to 30 minutes on forward, and 30 minutes on reverse. The result? That was two years ago, and I have not received Botox in my leg since. I now have increased my workout by doing a 30 minute ride on my recumbent bike, immediately after. My leg and ankle are lose and my walking and balance has improved immensely!!
In my opinion the Ex n' Flex provides a consistent solution for Spasticity issues while maintaining your ROM, all in one package. On a 1-10 scale, it hits a high 10 for me!
