This is a Government funded Program, so you do not need to pay any fees to see or get Assessed, Tested by Dr. Markowitz.  You just need to present a valid Ontario Health Card when you arrive.  His office is located on the ground floor.

Go through the front entrance, straight down the hall, just past the cafeteria and on the Right hand side, you cannot miss it.  His name is on the door.
