(9) Welcome to Ex N' Flex - YouTube

The Ex 'n Flex 250, does everything it claims to do.

How do I know?

I have an Ex 'n Flex 250, as a permanent structure in our living room, next to an armchair.  I use it for 20 minutes in forward, and 20 minutes in reverse, at least 5 days a week, and sometimes 7 days a week, with 30 minutes in forward, and 30 minutes in reverse, on the weekends.  I have incorporated it as part of my ongoing Stroke Recovery Home Rehab Program.

Once again, Repetition is Key, to get the best results from this device.
